Tantra has got a bewildering variety of meanings in our western culture. Depending on who uses the concept and who listens the most different associations are woken up.

For us and for the purposes of our work Tantra is the connection of spirituality and sensuousness or sexuality.

Tantra is a life philosophy which contains a lot of respect for all living;

among the rest, besides, the sexual nature of the person is also respected. The body is the temple of our soul, and the sexual energy is the strongest and most original spring for joy of life and strength which we have.

We deal with the sexual energy as one of many aspects of the manhood.

The understanding of the unity of body, feelings, mind and soul forms the basis of our work.

The spiritual roots lie in the Hindu and Buddhist Tantra. Of it above all the tantrische position and the connection of sexuality and Spriritualität has become known in the west.

Tantra was spread in the 1970s by Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh in Poona and his pupils and mixed with elements from yoga and body therapy to the today's neotantra.
